RETURNS / EXCHANGES
At present Freddy Clothing can not offer exchanges but only full refunds.
In the case of an return requirement we would ask you to send the item(s) to:

Once the item has been received and deemed refundable a full refund will be made as which time you may place a new order for the required size.
Should an alternate size be required, please email our team who will happily advise you before placing a new order. We thank-you for your cooperation in this regard.
Please note: We cannot offer a refund due to reconsideration on SALE items, or purchases that were made using a discount voucher/code or those placed during a SALE period.
We will be able to exchange for a different size of the same item should stock be available and provided the item is returned in unused condition and within our standard return time frame. If the desired size is unavailable, a discount code will be processed.
Note: Items purchased at a discount of 30% or higher are considered final sale items. We cannot accept returns for a refund, exchange or gift card for these items due to reconsideration.
